Cosmopolitan Hotel Florence

The rooms were clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. We had a pleasant check-in experience, and the receptionist was very helpful in arranging an early check-in for us. The location was convenient, as it was close to the airport and had easy access to the train to downtown Florence. Despite being near a busy street, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. I would recommend it to others.

As young people, we loved the fabulous breakfast spread and great value for money at the hotel. The comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere, despite being on a main road, made for a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great experience.

We felt well taken care of during our stay, with no complaints about the hotel.

The place was clean, I loved its staff and rooms.

The double room we were given had a mini bar, central heating and an electronic key card. The buffet breakfast had lots of delicacies and was savoury. Unbeatable and stunning location close to Parco di San Donato. Good restaurant an easy walk to the hotel.

The location near the airport was perfect for our late arrival and early morning flight. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly roomy for this city. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and the hotel had easy access to transportation, with a bus stop right next to it.

I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was small, with perfect location so close to airport and tram and city center and T2 tram. The classic queen room was stylish, I felt like at home. The early check-in process too.

Brand-new place, it was fairly clean. Breakfast was perfect, with outstanding dishes. The hotel was located close enough to the airport, T2 tram tram & airport and the centre.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for easily getting to the airport and around the city with the bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly, recommending great places to eat and visit. The room was fantastic, sparkling and with all the amenities we needed, including free toiletries and an electric kettle. We particularly enjoyed the dining in-room breakfast and the relaxing bar/lounge area.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was super convenient as it was very close to the Florence airport. The room was outstanding with a comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The breakfast in the bright and airy breakfast room was delicious with a wide variety of options.

The immediate vicinity of the hotel wasn't very attractive with an abandoned gas station across the street.

Situated 15mins from the station, this budget hotel offers modern, clean rooms with great breakfast. Helpful staff and easy communication. Convenient tram line T2 for a quick ride to the city center. Car parking available.

the air conditioning in the room was broken, and with temperatures reaching 36 degrees outside, it was extremely uncomfortable. the TV remote control also did not work properly, leaving me with a TV without any sound.
